I was also placed in charge of the purchasing for the hotel. From 1999 to 2001 (2 years) Trainee Manager @ During my twelve months as a trainee manager within Ireland second largest hotel, I was fortunate to expereince first hand large volume, whilst I worked in the Kitchens, Bars and Room Service departments.
