Managing Partner, Qualitative Research Consultant @ Qual-Smart was founded on the principle that one size fits all research never fits. Human beings process information and react to situations uniquely, hence research design should keenly adapt to the target.
With the end of gleaning actionable, illuminating insights, Qual-Smart undertakes each research study we conduct across the globe to maximize the synergy between the research objective and the target respondent to drive out latent thoughts, beliefs, values and drivers of behaviors.
This means implementing unique technology, physiology and psychology techniques embedded into the research interviews. It also means tailoring screening questions that find the “right” respondents to bring in to each phase of the research plan—moving beyond standard demographic and usage behaviors.
