Main Responsibilities:
•Managing the full Internal and External Recruitment Process across the business specifically focusing on IT/PMO and Insurance departments.
•Working in partnership with hiring managers to understand their Recruitment Requirements and plan the most appropriate attraction strategy.
•Managing multiple senior management diaries and booking in interviews daily.
•Managing complex and challenging deliverables; reporting back to senior stakeholders on a regular basis.
•Booking/attending weekly meetings with Senior Management to catch up on the current recruitment plan.
•Managing multiple agencies on a daily basis across IT and PMO.
•Managing the full end to end process for contractors joining Think Money Group.
• Help co-ordinate Assessment Days for Volume and Specialist position across the business.
•Interviewing and assessing Candidates internal and external candidates.
•Conducting Career chats with current employees.
•Conducting Induction Days for new starters on a weekly/monthly basis.
•Attending Recruitment Fairs at local universities.
