Reworked job advertising to ensure continuity of employment brand. From January 2011 to August 2011 (8 months) Onsite Recruitment Consultant - Foster's Group @ Responsible for managing all temporary recruitment, sourcing for permanent roles via variety of channels, managing our Social Media sites to promote our employment brand and engage our candidates.
I also worked across any additional ad-hoc recruitment projects including re-scoping and launching the ERP and Melbourne's Ultimate Job, for which the Treasury Wine Estate's Wine Ambassador role did take the 2010 title.
