These skills are required to help the Service Team support & grow the North Region's installed base of TDC/TPS/PKS Experion equipment. • Must be able to respond to emergency calls and resolve them within the guidelines that meet or exceed our contract customer expectations and requirements, 7/24 standby rotation may be required. • Strict adherence to Honeywell and client health and safety program requirements. • Coordination with customer personnel on troubleshooting activities and issue resolution. • Support various projects across Honeywell Process Solutions LOB's. • Maintain and troubleshoot Honeywell TDC/ TPS and PKS, DCS equipment. • Implement and administer TPS & EPKS Domains, controllers, switches, peripherals, etc. • Support Honeywell FTE, and Microsoft Technologies Support client server architecture. • Perform upgrades on both hardware and software. • Support and troubleshoot LAN / WAN communications. • Assist clients with third party vendor communication to our systems. • Administer preventive maintenance on controls systems. • Support Power to equipment such as motors, transformers, breakers and relays. • Document electrical and process drawings (P&IDs, Interconnect, Panel, etc.) • Perform audits and baselines of installed systems as a deliverable as well as for migrations and trouble shooting. From March 2015 to October 2015 (8 months) Office of New Student Orientation Programs - Orientation Leader @ • Work in teams and as individuals to facilitate orientation for approximately 150 new students each day of the program. Groups may include first-year, non-traditional/adult, and/or transfer students. • Engage in a positive attitude and sense of enthusiasm about the university. • Serve as a contributing member of the Orientation Team. • Acquaint new students and their families with academic support services, educational opportunities, policies and procedures; and campus services and resources. • Lead activities that will help students become better acquainted with one another and the institution. • Serve as a role model for incoming students. • Engage with new students, as well as family members/guests of new students, in a professional and positive manner. • Attend and be active participants in training and development activities. • Participate in preparation for each program – stuff folders, set up facilities, check in families, escort families to sessions, answer questions, collaborate with University staff, etc. From May 2014 to December 2014 (8 months) Toledo, Ohio AreaStudent Union Building Manager @ • Supervise use of conference rooms available in the Student Union. • Set up technical equipment for scheduled meetings in conference rooms. • Answer and transfer phone calls as well as provide information about the university. • Provide a pleasant experience for visitors and help them with their concerns and doubts. • Work closing shifts while making sure that all equipment has been put back in storage, lights are turned off and exterior doors are locked until the next morning.
