💼 Past Experience

In my 8 months as Email Marketing Manager at Shutterfly, I managed all aspects of email marketing - from managing the email channel, scripting and scripting orders, to data analysis and reporting. I worked with various stakeholders - from product managers to department managers to accountants - to deliver 140,000+ email messages and insights to our customers. I helped to create strong email campaigns and escalate requests for customer feedback. In addition, I developed and executed effective email Prevention plans and delivered escorted messages to customers who were not compliant with safety and privacy policies.I used Unica and Responsys to manage all aspects of email campaigns - from triggering and batting message templates, to deliverability assessment and report generation. I also used MicroStrategy and Asana to create wicked email ops. I had complete control over this team, and was able to guide them as they transitioned from initially relying on legacy products to using Unica, Responsys and Asana to deliver high-quality, scalable email campaigns. My team wasriksy working with various stakeholders to integrate Unica,responsys, and Asana to maximize efficiency, clarity of communications, and impact upon the legacy system.Additionally, during my time at Zazzle, I was responsible for all email marketing - from managing sender lists and delivering email campaigns, to data analysis and reporting. I helped to create strong email campaigns and escalate requests for customer feedback. Daniel Robles is an electrical engineer with a four-year degree in mathematics from San Lorenzo Valley High School, and a one-year degree from San Jose State University in 2006. He has worked as a research engineer for several companies in the San Francisco Bay area for the past two years. In his free time, Daniel Enjoys playing the violin and reading.

I was responsible for all aspects of email marketing for the company, from designingcampaigns and triggering emails to analyzing received data and making decisions about where to send the next email. I also had influence over the design and scope of web, email, and direct mail campaigns, and helped to optimize the functionality and accuracy of these campaigns. In addition to my email marketing responsibilities, I was also anAssociate Data Analyst at Zazzle.com from June 2009 to March 2011, responsible for managing the email marketing channels for the company. While at Zazzle, I developed custom email campaigns and customized email perception analysis tools. In doing so, I helped to increase click-through rates (CTRs) and drive more sales through email marketing.
