In September of 2010, I became a Economics Editor at Yahoo! Finance, following a three-year stint at the same title at The Wall Street Journal. My responsibilities were to write economic columns, guest blog, and appear on the company's breaking newsObamaCare repeal report. I was proud to work on important stories such as the collapse of Lehman Brothers, the housing market rigging settlement dates, and Wall Street's bailout of Bear Stearns. Additionally, I took on the role of Columnist, providing daily political and economic commentary. At the time, I was the youngest economics editor at Yahoo! Finance.While at Yahoo! Finance, I began my own blog, The Daily Ticker, which quickly became a popular diversion from work. The blogubis the latest political, economic, and business news from Yahoo! Finance in real-time. Additionally, I aired my views on FOX Business Network's politico show, The Five, and conducted interviews with high-profile economists.In September of 2012, I left Yahoo! I am also a part owner of a blog and a member of the editorial board at another business magazine.I am very excited to be working at strategy+business.
