I have been able to better understand my abilities and skills, and I have been able to better manage my time and resources.What challenges have you faced while working with these programmes?There have been a few challenges I have faced while working with these programmes. One challenge is that people can be Canny creatures and often resist change - But I have been able to overcome this by learning to be adaptable and open to new ideas.What do you think are the benefits of working with work readiness programmes?I think there are many benefits to working with work readiness programmes. For example, I believe that people are more prepared for work and life. I also think that people are more likely to be successful in their career if they are well-prepared.
