Education:Daniel Faivre has a BBA from the University of Utah in Tourism Management. We believe in giving opportunities to all those who deserve them and Faivre has since awarded himself a master's degree in Hospitality Management from University of Utah. Clients:Faivre has been with the Turtle Bay Lodge since it opened in 2001. He has worked in a wide variety of roles over that time, including President, Manager, or General Manager. He has seen the company grow from a two-night stay to a busy, 25-day lodge with over 560 guests. Faivre has a great appreciation for the Hilton brands and their ability to appeal to a wide range of customers. He has learned a lot from Hilton executives and managers during his time at the company. Faivre was impressed by the feasibility of the restaurant business and the potential to grow it. He saw the potential to improve food quality, increase guest experience, and increase profits. He saw the opportunity to add other areas to the lodge, such as spa and pre-opening services. He saw the potential to open more restaurants and higher-quality ones as well. Faivre has a passion for making his clients happy and he is proud of the restaurants that Turtle Bay Lodge has opened. Faivre's projects have included:- Involving himself in all aspects of design and development, from logo design and typeface selection to event planning and catering-buying and managing the hotel's food and beverage supply, expanding the restaurant business, and improving guest experience-forming and leading a team of chefs who develop the lodge's menus-promoting and executing brand strategy-managing revenue and expenses-planning and leading customer relations and developing relationships with guests-utilizing technology in the marketing and event strategies-leading the property management system-monitors and tracks the performance of the hotel's Rooms Division
