Experience working with Startups:I’ve been working with startups for almost a decade now, and I can honestly say it’s a blast. It’s a great way to get your foot in the door of a potentially unlimited number of interesting and exciting businesses. I get to travel to different cities and meet different people, and see the different ways in which startups are implemented and how they’re affecting the market.The best part about working with startups is that you can always be yourself and be open to learning from others. I never feel like I need to be famous or have a lot of notoriety to be a successful startup founder. In fact, I often find that working with startups actually helps me learn more about myself and my abilities. It’s a great way to develop as a leader and a go-getter.

Dana Severson's education began with a bachelor's degree from St. Cloud State University in 1994. ensuite, she received her marketing degree from University of Minnesota-Twin Cities in 1995. Severson is currently an education professional, specializing in Secondary Education and Specialty Education. She has worked with a variety of classrooms and students across a variety of subjects. Her experience with students and classrooms has given her the unique ability to develop unique solutions that work well in both high school and college settings. Severson's approach to education is hands-on, involving her students in all aspects of her programs, making sure they are always learning and growing. Her use of technology in her classrooms has also helped to create a more engaging and effective learning environment. Severson is deeply committed to her students and applauds the success they have achieved.

Dana Severson is a former entrepreneur, start-up Marketer, and Jeerkyologist. She has been with start-ups such as rightmessage, Stick in a Box, and Boozy Jerky for over 5 years and has helped grow these companies to over $200M in sales. Severson has also worked as a Contributor at PandoDaily, an Influencer-driven content distribution platform, and as Marketing Manager at A&L Laboratories, Inc.
