As a Recruiting Manager, I lead remote teams in the Sales and Marketing organization on the West and East coasts, a group of senior recruiters that supported the Corporate Mktg organization and an extremely talented group of recruiters on the College/MBA staffing team. Following my Recruiting experiences I assumed the role of Sr. HR Manager for the West Region Enterprise Sales organization. From 1996 to 1998 (2 years) Bellevue, WABranch Manager @ Parker Services As the Branch Manager of a local, woman-owned staffing agency, I was responsible for the day-to-day operation of the branch. This included the staff, the budget and the daily office administration. From 1994 to 1996 (2 years) Human Resources Director @ Blackbaud Serving the nonprofit and education sectors for 30 years, Blackbaud combines technology and expertise to help organizations achieve their missions.
