Sr. Product Manager @ From September 2015 to Present (4 months) Director, Technology Solutions @ The Director of Technology Solutions is a member of the senior strategy team and leads all aspects of technology marketing, development, and fundraising solutions for Global Impact. The Director is a product manager, providing the needed bridge between the client, the internal teams, and external partners to create outstanding solutions. The Director leads and manages a team of software engineers.
The Director leads multi-product technology solutions for external customers and for internal enterprise applications. The customer solutions include management of complex financial transactions for the federal government and private sector, including employee charitable contributions, mobile offerings, and customer portals. Internally, the Director leads development and deployment of solutions that enhance Global Impact’s efficiency and effectiveness, including Salesforce.com, the data warehouse, and SharePoint.
The Director spends a significant amount of time partnering with external organizations on technology solutions that advance Global Impact’s strategic plan and increase and protect revenue streams.
The technology director also has the ability to contribute technical skills and expertise in the development of software solutions. This includes software coding, Linux systems support and front-end design direction.
• Leads Global Impact technology solution engagements with customers and partners
• Manages a team of software developers and coordinates work to define product requirements and operational support
• Contributes to engineering projects as a developer
• Collaborates with Marketing and Communications on the positioning of technology products and the development of marketing materials

Develop project plans – and manage to those plans – from concept through deployment. Manage front-end requirements and change requests from Marketing & Communications.
Clearly and accurately set appropriate expectations. Meet and exceed expectations.
Be the primary project manager for the maintenance, management, and enhancement of software, interfacing with stakeholders and seeking proper approvals to ensure final deliverables are in line with desired outcomes.
Assist in the identification of site audiences, key tasks, and end-user goals and scenarios.
Ensure websites are easy to access, visually effective, and well-integrated with social media.
Enforce processes which improve the quality of our software.
Oversee Global Impact Systems Administration for SharePoint and Salesforce From January 2012 to March 2014 (2 years 3 months) alexandria, virginiaTelecommunications Engineer @ Coordination and implementation of Disaster Recovery strategies for Windows, Linux, and Unix telecommunications systems.
