I am subsequently now responsible for the digital marketing and web design team at EAOM. Responsibilities include, day to day management of the digital team, including agile project management, creative and strategic direction, creative briefing, client liaison, project delivery, online marketing strategy, post implementation reviews and project close and handover. Client responsibilities include the management of 15-20 concurrent projects both post and pre implementation. Development of proposals, and project strategy (utilising agile methodologies). Proposals and management include website development (with integration to leading ERP solutions) and development of digital design, and online marketing strategies. Working with the Board of directors to help develop the web software, along with the 3EX.NET ERP software. Also working with the board of directors to implement new business strategies and processes. I also manage all new businesses enquires coming through the EAOM channel. From June 2011 to May 2013 (2 years) Marketing Manager @ Appointed to continue the rebranding process for the Exact Abacus brand whilst also trying to modernise the marketing strategy in use at the company. Within the 9 month period from October 2010 to July 2011 I managed to increase the onsite conversion for web enquries by 1,020% whilst increasing web traffic by 63%. This increase was supplimented by a targeted PPC campaign with an increased SEO push and the implementation of a regular targeted email marketing campaign. Up until the launch of EAOM, I managed all of the deliverables myself for all internal marketing communications. To suppliment the online marketing, I also implemented and managed a full scale PR campaign, targeting the relevant local and trade press on a regular basis, publisising new wins, launches and other creative PR pieces. From October 2010 to July 2011 (10 months) Account Manager @ Responsibilities included: Responsibilities include, day to day management of the digital and creative team, including client interaction and project management, strategic direction, creative briefing, project delivery to timescales and budgets, online marketing strategy, post implementation reviews and project close and handover. Client responsibilities include the management of approx 10 concurrent projects both post and pre implementation. Development of new business proposals and management of studio workflow and studio schedules. Proposals include website development; utilising bespoke web systems, Magento, Wordpress, Interspire, Actinic, and Expression Engine, and development of integrated marketing strategies for online and offline marketing channels. Offline marketing strategies included, TV, POS, Display, Brochure, DM, Exhibitions, Branding, and Multimedia production.
