As a young adult, Damien Patureaux volunteered with the Department of the Environment and Conservation in Biarritz, in the south of France. After leaving college, he worked as a reservoir superintendent and environmental consultant in rural France.Damien Patureaux returned to France in 2006 and volunteered with the National Geographic Society in elite French rural areas, where he worked on assuring the sustainability of water resources.Since then, Damien Patureaux has worked in a number of environment-related relocation and resettlement projects in Iberian countries. He has also completed FTD-level training in rescue, first responder and relief operations from severe weather events.As a result of his diverse experiences and training, Damien Patureaux is highly experienced and ready for a new challenge.
