My work experiences:I work as a Global Recruitment Consultant at 350.org. I have also been a RecruitmentManager at CCI Executive Search /Charity Careers Ireland and a Consultant at Japan for UNHCR. I have worked in a number of roles across many different countries, and have developed policies, strategies, and processes that help organisations achieve their goals. I enjoy working with teams and learning from others, and I believe that this is a valuable skill to have.I have also been involved with a number of campaigns and work with a range of different victims and survivors of human trafficking. I have a good understanding of the different aspects of human trafficking, and know how to help organisations address the complex issues that arise from this type of exploitation. Damian Penston was educated at Institute of Technology, Carlow where he obtained his undergraduate diploma in Business Administration. Damian then attended the University of Limerick where he earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration. Damian then proceeded to obtaining his Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Limerick. Damian Penston's licencing process commenced on 1st June 2013 and has now concluded.
