He has held a number of leadership positions with the company, such as President and CEO, and has also worked extensively in the staffing and recruiting fields. In his role as President and CEO, D. C.P.C. led the company from its starting point as a staffing agency to being one of the leading players in the industry. In addition to his responsibilities as CEO, D. C.P.C. also worked extensively as a practice director at Cochran, Cochran & Yale, a management consulting firm. He also worked as an executive search consultant at Management Recruiters International from January 1991 to January 1994. D. C.P.C. also has a background in business administration, having served as the CEO of Ascend Executive Search from January 2004 to January 2009.
