From October 2008 to December 2013 (5 years 3 months) Dallas/Fort Worth AreaMulti-Unit Linehaul @ Responsible for providing 48 State linehaul transportation services to FedEx Ground to deliver truckload and less than truckload packages via owning and operating 6 Freightliner brand over the road (OTR) team tractors. Accountable for hiring, training, certification and termination of 15 employees to drive from point to point FedEx Ground hubs to make scheduled on-time deliveries of customer packages shipped by ground. Accountable 100% for the safety and compliance to Federal and State DOT rules and regulations to operate inter state tractor-trailer combination (doubles and triples) vehicles. Acquired and maintained tractors in proper operating condition as required by DOT and FedEx Ground standards. Operated business under my own corporate name of CKS Transport, INC., achieving documented 99.8% on-time delivery of all assigned loads with "0" at fault accidents or DOT violations.
