We always hear that the world is getting smaller and when it comes to recruitment, this has never been more true. For the first time in history the world's professionals are congregating in one place. LinkedIn works with businesses to help them hire, market and sell. My focus in LinkedIn is on the hiring element. I work with clients on making sure the world knows why they're a great place to work and helping them cherry pick the right talent for them.
I have worked in LinkedIn for the past three and a half years. Starting as an account executive, I quickly moved in to a training and development role where I was lucky enough to travel to LinkedIn offices all over the world. In 2013 I returned to our account executive team to split my time between working with our clients and coaching our sales team.
