I support workplace research initiatives at PLASTARC to advise organizations on leveraging their real estate for enhanced organizational performance and culture. We are committed to using a combination of statistically vetted research approaches and innovative engagement techniques and do this in a practice which is deeply knowledgeable about real estate, architectural design, technology and the environment. I am committed to continuous research, advocacy, and learning on topics of culture and work, space and place, community engagement, anthropology, design and architecture, occupant behavior, and urban studies. I am particularly interested in how anthropological thinking can be better leveraged in cross-industry and business partnerships. My background is in urban anthropology with a focus on community engagement.
