From April 2005 to Present (10 years 9 months) Divisional Director, Corporate Team @ As Divisional Director at The Red Consultancy, Claire had P&L responsibility for three business streams, directing clients including Microsoft EMEA, MSN EMEA, Capgemini, Hay Group, AXA and Experian. Work ranged from international thought leadership and public relations, to issues management and crisis communications. From January 2004 to March 2005 (1 year 3 months) Director / Head of B2B / Head of Strategy @ Claire was a key member of the management team, directed one of the firm’s technology teams and later established Midnight’s first Corporate / B2B practice. Claire won and led major blue chip accounts including Adobe, Fujifilm, Sumitomo and ABN AMRO, with other highlights including O2, VNU, Reed, inward investment campaigns for Guernsey Board of Industry and crisis planning for the Notting Hill Carnival. From December 2000 to December 2003 (3 years 1 month) Senior Consultant @ Reporting directly to the joint Managing Directors, Claire had responsibility for managing key accounts including BT (Corporate Clients Programme, Pan Government Programme – including NHS Direct and Quadrant, Vision 100 awards, BT Retail, BT Openworld), Thomas Cook Commercial FX, Avon and various dot.com start-ups. From April 1999 to December 2000 (1 year 9 months) International Network Executive, Account Manager @ Reporting to the European Chairman, Claire was responsible for managing and marketing the firm’s international network of owned and affiliate agencies. Responsibilities included co-ordinating international programmes, pitches, new business development and creative workshops for clients including Go, Hilton, Absolut and Illy. Highlights included building and maintaining the firm’s first global website, corporate video and marketing collateral. Claire was later promoted into the Corporate team, where she worked on clients including Visa and Deloitte Consulting, delivering the media relations for an award-winning campaign on Equity Analysts and the Euro.
