Claire joined Lloyds Banking Group, 30 million customers and 80 000 employees in October 2012, where she was instrumental in building the innovation function and the digital people strategy. Prior to joining LBG, Claire spent 7 years consulting in Paris, Boston (US) and London, building robust organisational and analytical skills and leading the phase 1 of a research program around digital transformation at MIT. Her research paper has been ranked as one of top 5 thought leadership pieces across consulting publications by Source. She is an advisory board member at Startupboocamp and is currently one the ambassadors responsible for promoting women in technology at her engineering school EPITA. Claire holds an HEC masters degree and was recognised as part of their young talent in 2014. A key area of interest of Claire is financial inclusion and she is sponsoring an open innovation challenge with the government on this topic in March, as well as being ambassador of LBG in London through Go ON London and local activities.
