From November 2014 to June 2015 (8 months) Intern at NOONAN Head Office - Billing Department @ Independently sourced this internship to ensure that on graduating I had relevant work experience to augment my degree. Within Noonan I was part of a billing team that implemented a major ERP system. This involved the transfer of various data from the previous billing system to the new system. Once the ERP system was implemented, I was in charge of setting up new contracts for the billing system, and also responsible for terminating contracts within the billing system. Prior to implementation of the system, I dealt with tasks coming through on the help desk, ensuring they were dealt with accordingly. Throughout my time in Noonan I acquired team skills working as a part of a major department within a competitive business environment. Based on my performance I was offered a permanent role but declined to return to NCI to finish the honours degree. From June 2014 to September 2014 (4 months) Underage Coach @ From May 2011 to June 2014 (3 years 2 months) Cleaning Operative @ From June 2011 to May 2014 (3 years) Bar Staff and Kids Club Coordinator @ I acquired this job position after excelling in a work experience role with the Carlton Abbey Leisure centre. Within the hotel I was part of a team that provided a high service of customer service in the food and beverage area. While in this position I was in charge of setting up conference facilities, through which I gained great communication and leadership skills, while also having the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. The Kids Club Coordinator role involved supervising activities indoor and outdoor for children staying within the hotel. On a daily basis I organised a varied, stimulating, challenging and fun timetable of activities, including water activities.
