Since joining Citi, Christine has had the opportunity to intern with a variety of different companies and sectors. In her experience she has found that working with Citi has been a great fit for her. The company is always challenging and provides excellent communication and team-building opportunities that are beneficial to her career development. Christine has also been able to develop strong relationships with her previous colleagues and is able to move easily from one position to another.

Christine Margo has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Ramapo College of New Jersey, from September 2022 to September 2022. Christine also has a High School diploma from Watchung Hills Regional High School from September 2022 to September 2022.

💡 Technical & Interpersonal Skills

Christine started her career as an Intern in the Human Resources Department at Dow Chemical Company. There, she learned about the process of hiring and investigating candidates. Christine then moved on to the respiratory department at Brown University, where she work in theako-pediatric environment. Christine learned a great deal about employee selection, productivity, and assignment mapping from her experiences at Brown University. After a few years of her own personal sacrifice, Christine moved to the Recruiter Department at CitiIndustry of Staffing and Recruiting, where she has for the past two years.At CitiIndustry of Staffing and Recruiting, Christine has the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients, including large corporations, nonprofit organizations, and small businesses. She is able to work with clients to find the perfect candidates for their role and help them become productive employees. Christine is able to have a positive impact on her clients, and she is always looking for ways to improve her own skills as a recruiter.
