In this role, Christina assists with the recruitment and onboarding process of new employees, as well as providing support for our 570 employees. Additionally, Christina is responsible for managing our company'sheALTHCARE OPERATIONS. As a Talent Acquisition Manager at Bethany Health Care Center, Christina negotiated new employee deals and aided in the acquisition of newemployees. As a Contract Healthcare Recruiter at Veritude, Christina assembled a crop of new contract nurses and managed their transition into the workforce. In her previous roles, Christina has proactively sought out and successfully developed relationships with key informants, which has resulted in the successful placement of numerous nurses. From October 2019 to March 2022, Christina will be responsible for managing the talent operations at Harvard Partners, LLP.
