From January 2012 to January 2013 (1 year 1 month) GM Custom Integration Services @ Responsible for developing and managing global value-add, high-margin services to enhance HP's position as a solution provider and increase top-line and bottom-line revenue. The scope of HP's Custom Integration Services included factory-direct custom imaging, bios setting, asset tagging, customer-defined cosmetic customization and special logistics services. From October 2011 to January 2012 (4 months) Vice President, Global Planning & Fulfillment @ Global responsibility for webOS phones, tablets, net books & accessories across: • S&OP: Implemented strategic planning processes to align the organization around One Plan and facilitate supply demand matching. Implemented flexible light-weight collaboration and decision support system- incorporating statistical modeling, competitive analysis, risk buys and liability tracking. • Factory Planning: Fostered strong relationships w/Contract Manufacturers, sent weekly MPS and coordinates MRP and Clear to Build.
