💼 Past Experience

As aVP, Client Solutions at API.AI, I was responsible for developing, programming and testing the AI-based platform that helps airports across the United States improve the traveler experience. API.AI is responsible for behalf of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in a number of southwest United States airports, as well as many other clients in the global API market. As part of my responsibilities, I also worked on various aspects of the development of the platform, from data collection and analysis to user engagement. API.AI is an AI-based platform that uses state-of-the-art data analytics to help your airport improve the traveler experience and increase revenue. The data gathered by API.AI is shared with various clients across the country, and it is through this data that the platform is able to hyperlink and Siri-enable tickets, handle baggage, and more. In my role at API.AI, I developed, programming and tested the AI-based platform that helps airports across the country improve the traveler experience. This included developing data collection and analysis, user engagement, andairs interface.I have had a previous experience working in the field of workforce planning and employee performance reviews. working as a Trainee at Lockheed Martin, I was responsible for developing and programmingeehoviews ofAnd thermal power rectifiers for the Lockheed Martin AEGIS combat systems. During my time at Lockheed Martin, I also gained experience working on workforce planning, employee performance reviews, and budget reorganization. Away from work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I am also interested in dance and yoga.
