Hügelmann has over fifteen years of experience in the fashion industry, across a variety of roles in a number of different companies. Her most recent position was Head of Sourcing and Purchasing at HOLY FASHION GROUP, where she was responsible for optimizing the entire supply chain. Additionally, she was also responsible for Quality and Compliance in the clothing and lingerie industry, as well as for working with Global Sourcing and Merchandising. Additionally, she was also responsible for Consulting with Quality Enhancement Projects at various businesses. 🎓 Education

Born in 1961, Christiane Hügelmann spent her formative years at the Fiachhochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin, where she studied engineering. After graduating with a engineering degree in 1986, she worked at Deutsche Bank AG as a research engineer. In 1990, she joined Bosch Siemens Hausgeräte GmbH in Berlin, where she worked as a research engineer and product development director. In 2001, she became the head of research at the company. In this role, she held the responsibility for developing new products, as well as improving the competitiveness of Bosch Siemens Hausgeräte GmbH. In March 2006, she succeeded her predecessor, Werner Gross, as the CEO of Bosch Siemens Hausgeräte GmbH. In her new capacity, she head each of the company's divisions: Electrical and Electronic Systems, Automotive and Mobility, Fiber Optic Systems, Product Development and Marketing, and Servicing and Maintenance.
