Primary focus of group includes: sourcing non-Pfizer commerical drug products for use in open label or blinded studies; development of blinding methods and oversight of manufacturing of blinded comparative agents and matching placebos at external vendor facilities, oversight of manufacturing Pfizer development solid dosage forms at vendors and Pfizer commercial sites for clinical use. My team is always focused on our ultimate customer - the patient. My team works with numerours internal customers to manage a highly dynamic portfolio while providing as many options as possible to meet the team's objectives. As a supervisor, I use multiple leadership style to effectively manage a diverse and global team. I have presented on comparator topics at numerous CBI conferences as well as the 2013 GCSG conference. From November 2005 to November 2019 (14 years 1 month) Reg CMC Scientist @ Pfizer Regulatory CMC scientist. Responsible for authoring CMC sections for early phase development products as well as for late-phase filings (3B-4). Worked on US IND, EU CTA, Canadian IND and other global investigational dossiers. Experience included regualtory strategy for comparator use. From July 1998 to October 2005 (7 years 4 months) Quality Control Scientist @ Roche Pharmaceuticals Quality Control Scientist at the Roche Nutley, NJ facility. Primarily involved in quality control testing and analytical method development for protein products. Expertise included SDS-PAGE, Western blotting, RPHPLC, and amino acid analysis (post column ninhydrin derivitization). Also authored reports for use in BLA's. From June 1992 to June 1998 (6 years 1 month) Senior Director, Global Sourcing @ Pfizer I am currently a Senior Director of Global Sourcing of Drug Product Sourcing at Pfizer. I oversee a team responsible for external sourcing of clinical supplies for Pfizer-sponsored clinical trials. Includes manufacturing supplies of Pfizer development products at contract manufacturing organizations, sourcing commercial and clinical image material from the Pfizer Global Supply network, and purchase of non-Pfizer commercial products from Clinical Trial Suppliers. I am also the TransCelerate Comparator Network lead for Pfizer. I have been with Pfizer for 21 years where I have also been a member of the Global CMC department.
