Christian Connors has also held several leadership positions in both the business and technical communities. He has been Regional Manager for Northeast at Raytheon BBN Technologies from 2006-2012, where he was responsible for all aspects of business development and operations. He also held the position ofVP of Business Development at Raytheon BBN Technologies from 2006-2012. At Shooter Detection Systems, he was the company's CEO from 2006-2012.Previously, he was the President and CEO of SDSdesigns and manufactures the world's finest gunshot detection systems. Christian Connors has also been a customer of SDS for over 10 years. As a result of his interactions with SDS, he knows firsthand the power of SDS's technology to reduce the communication and response time in an active shooter event.

Christian Connors' educational background has provided him with the skills and experience needed to be a successful self-starter. Connors has a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Providence College in 1990. After studying at Bishop Feehan, Connors earned his Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from the University of Southwestern Ontario in 2002.Most notably, Connors has lectured and conducted workshops on educational leadership at a number of national and international conferences. Connors is a member of the American Educational Research Association and the Canadian Association of Educational Resource development Professionals.

This successfully reduce the communication and response time in an active shooter event.In addition, Christian Connors is also Associate Professor of Electrical & Computer Engineering at Northeastern University and Director of the Neuralprotection program at Northeastern University's Creighton School of Medicine.
