In his eight years as aSenior Vice President, Creative Syncing at Kobalt Music Group, he has overseen a number of creativedescription projects, including multiple Soundscape commercial successes and theco-pilot for the music video for’The Learning Company’s global hit song, ‘Started from the Bottom’.In his role as SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, CREATIVE SYNCH at Kobalt Music Group, Chris Lakey will be preparing new products for release within the next year or so as KobaltMusic Group creates newounders andDelivers updates to its catalogue. Chris Lakey's educational background and work readiness is based off of his past experience as an information technology professional. Chris Lakey has a BS in Biochemistry from University of Southern California and a Minor in University of Southern California in 1996 and 2000. Chris Lakey worked as an information technology professional for most of his professional career, which has included working as a developer and consultant for a number of different company. Chris Lakey has experience with a variety of different antimalarial drugs and Sarin, which is the poison used in the iconic 1993 movie, "On the Waterfront." Chris Lakey is also an experienced security and CCTV Technician. Chris Lakey is currently working as an information technology professional and is in the final stages of starting his own business.

He prior to that was a SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, CREATIVE SYNCH at Sony Music Entertainment, where he was a senior vice president responsible for Sony Music's product development and oversight of the music business.Lakey has a B.A. in interior design from the University of Southern California, where he also played major part in the school's lacrosse team.
