Chris Brady is a business administrator and management consultant who has a Bachelor's degree from Springfield College in 1989. After completing his studies, Brady worked as a marketing and sales representative for a company for three years. He then moved on to become an executive assistant for a business in New England for two years. In 2001, Brady moved to Dallas, Texas to become the president of a company. He was eventually fired from his position after only two years. In 2003, Brady moved back to Missouri to become the vice president of marketing for a company. In 2006, Brady was hired as the marketing director for the Missouri State University baseball team. From there, he was promoted to the position of associate coach in 2007 and then head coach in 2008. He was fired from the Missouri State University baseball team in 2009.

We were able to direct source and uncover the top 50 candidates in the nation in a 3 month time frame., Contract Recruiter at Technology Solutions Company from February 1998 to December 1998 (11 months) in Greater Atlanta Area., Lead Recruiter for Microsoft, Oracle, and Supply Chain Practice., Assisted in startup of Microsoft solutions practice recruiting key skill sets., Director Talent Acquisition at Experian in Greater Atlanta Area. What have I accomplished? Created a Pipeline Strategy for difficult skills sets across North America. Built a sourcing function to support hard to fill needs across Technology, Data, Analytics and Sales organizations including hiring, training and managing team of sourcers in United States, Costa Rica and Chile. Implemented a Talent CRM and was responsible for training the North America TA function on sourcing, pipelining and recruiting tools. Helped our team move to a high performance recruiting team setting goals, holding recruiters accountable and teaching sourcing and recruiting techniques across the team., Managing Partner at Hire Recruitment, LLC from July 1999 to July 2012 (13 years 1 month) in Greater Atlanta Area. Lead a Recruiting agency that focused on various independent recruitment engagements sourcing hard-to-find candidates for a variety of Technology companies, Consulting companies, Media Agencies and Digital Advertising agencies. Clients include: Razorfish, AKQA, Moxie, Edelman, Accenture, Deloitte Consulting, Cap Gemini/ Ernst & Young, etc. Managed several high-volume sourcing projects with up to 25 recruiters at a time. Have experience with sourcing strategy, forecasting, project management and reporting. Worked in various capacities including: Recruiting Leader, Sourcing Lead, Recruiting Manager and Executive Recruiter. .
