💼 Past Experience

I have been working as a President, or in a position of responsible leadership, in the real estate industry for the past five years. While I have played a variety of roles, my experience as an Owner, and as an Agency Manager at BridgeTrust Title Group have give me a deep understanding of how to run and manage a successful real estate agency. My years as an Owner and Manager have taught me many things about myself, my team, and my industry. I also have had the opportunity to learn a lot about industry governing bodies, such as the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the National Council of La Raza (NCLR), and the American Planning Association (A.P.A.). I think these experiences would be beneficial to anyone who wants to enter the real estate industry.I am passionate about my work and I am committed to providing excellent customer service. I have a strong history of working hard and taking care of my own. I am always looking to learn and grow. I am excited to start my next chapter in my career.

Chip Ridge began his education at Vanderbilt University in january 1999. There, he received an MBA in business. Ridge then attended the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University from January 1999 to January 2001. There, he obtained a MBA. Ridge then completed his undergraduate education at Washington and Lee University from January 1989 to January 1993. during his undergraduate education, he received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics.
