Cheryl Shorter has worked in many different positions within the beauty industry for over 10 years. She hasitis extensive experience working in the makeup and skin care industry, having worked as a Director of Sales and Education at Cosmetics and Skin Care Company, a Certified MAC Artist at M.A.C Cosmetics, and as a Special Events Coordinator at Advance Makeup. Cheryl also has experience with being a Product Specialist, Productivity Specialist, and as a Certified MACArtist at M.A.C Cosmetics. Lastly, she has worked as a Beauty Editor/Writer/Expert at Freelance/Beauty talk show and as an International Makeup Artist at Makeup by Cheryl, USA. Cheryl has been a talk show host and makeup artist for over 10 years and has a great deal of experience in the industry.

Cheryl Shorter has a bachelor's degree in communication from the University of Phoenix. Cheryl has also complete a course in theater arts which she received at Cuyahoga Community College. Cheryl has never worked as a professional employee and is currently attending college pursuing a degree in communication and working towards being a professional artist. Cheryl has stated that being able to communicate effectively has been her and her family's biggest challenge. As a result, Cheryl has worked on various non-profit projects and has been a part of numerous debate teams.Cheryl Shorter is excited to pursue her communication degree and work as an artist. She believes that the ability to effectively communicate will be a huge asset in her career and that her years of experience in theater arts will be a major help in her new venture. In Cheryl's view, the ability to work effectively as an artist is something that should be innate and not something that needs to be learned. She is eager to learn as much as possible about the process of creating art and is confident that she will make great contributions to her field.
