This includes recruitment, retention, employee relations, compensation and benefits, associate education, organizational development, associate recognition and perks, and associate assistance program. In addition to HR responsibilities also accountable for the security and parking and serves as the Lead Executive at the CSM Office Center. From March 2002 to August 2014 (12 years 6 months) Greater Milwaukee AreaDirector Compensation @ Aurora Health Care Responsible for the research, development and administration of all compensation programs for Aurora Health Care and its affiliates. This included: acute care hospitals, psychiatric hospital, multi-specialty clinics, long term care facilities, for profit pharmacies and home health care agencies. There were 230 sites with approximately 23,000 employees. From June 1992 to March 2002 (9 years 10 months) Greater Milwaukee AreaManager of Compensation and Benefits @ Payco American Responsibilities included: Management of the daily administrative activities related to compensation and benefit administration and the Human Resources Information System. Research, developed and implemented new programs in the compensation and benefits  Thorough knowledge of governmental regulations related to compensation and benefits Developed and implemented a Total Compensation Statement Responsible for 42 offices in multiple states and 2,500 employees From May 1989 to June 1992 (3 years 2 months) Brookfield, WIManager Salary and Benefits @ Columbia St. Mary's Inc. Responsibilities included: Management of the daily administrative responsibilities related to salary and benefit administration, and payroll processing for 1,400 employees. Provided counseling to employees regarding pension plan options Lead the conversion to a new payroll system Resource to department heads regarding areas of accountability Thorough knowledge of governmental regulations related to compensation and benefits From June 1983 to May 1989 (6 years) Greater Milwaukee Area
