During her time as a student intern at Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo (March 2014-April 2014), Chelsea Keeland was responsible for the management of the business development team at CTS Complete Technical Services. As a Business Development Manager at CTS Complete Technical Services, she was responsible for the development and management of business deals within the engineering, design, contracting, manufacturing, construction, and project management industries. This included the coordination of employee business development activities, proprietor relations, and marketing strategies. With over 10 years of experience in the hiring industry, The Rowland Group provides businesses with tailored hiring solutions.
