💼 Past Experience

When I was younger, I loved to surf. I would go to the wave bank and watch the waves come in. Then I would head out to the beach, and I would wave at the people who were surfing.I started working as a carpenter in my early twenties, and then I started selling hair dryers. I thought it was a great opportunity because people were always in a hurry and didn't want to wait long for their hair dryer to dry.Then, I started working at Quiksilver as the carpenter. I was responsible for building the Surf Shop and all thestorage areas. In my three years at Quiksilver, I tripled the sales of the hair dryers.I then moved to Orange County to start my own company, BYRD HAIRDO PRODUCTS.At BYRD HAIRDO PRODUCTS, I’m the founder and CEO. I’m responsible for the company’s day-to-day operations, including marketing, product development, and customer service.I’ve been in the business for over 10 years, and I’ve traveled to a lot of different places. I’ve surfed in every state in America, as well as in a lot of different countries.I’ve experienced a lot of different things in my life, and I’ve learned a lot. I think that experience makes me a great leader and a great choice for the position of CEO at BYRD HAIRDO PRODUCTS.

Chase has previous education in University of California, Santa Barbara and University of Connecticut. Chase is currently in his final year of undergraduate education and intends to pursue a career in Business Administration. Chase Wilson has over 10 years of professional experience as a Business Owner and CEO of their own companies. most notably, as the founder and CEO of BYRD HAIRDO PRODUCTS- a transcendent technical & athletic hair products brand. During his tenure at this company, he helped shape the brand into what it is today and built it into a globally respected company.Wilson’s surfing career began in the early 1990s while he was still in college and while he was attending Santa Cruz State University. During his time there he was a part-time point guard and first team all- conference. After college, he moved to Huntington Beach, California in order to become a professional surfer and started training for his very first international contest- the Dow Corning Games. However, it was not until his good friend and teammate and mentor, Geoff Ogilvie, approached him with an offer to start his own company and Wilson agreed- becoming the first person to join Quiksilver.What followed at Quiksilver was an extremely exciting and challenging time. It was during this time that Wilson learned how to run a company andħ developed the company’s core values, which are empathy, innovation, and financial balance. Today, Quiksilver is one of the most respected technical surfing brands in the world and its athletes have won over 50 world championships.Chase Wilson has always been an extremely social person, spending most of his free time with his family, friends, and other entrepreneurs. He is truly passionate about what he does and loves taking his innovation and technical skills and incorporating them into successful products.
