💼 Past Experience

UMec Group is a construction company which is well known for his negative attitude towards people. I didn't like him at all. I feel like he was always trying to get people to do things they didn't want to do and make them feel like they were burden to the company. He was always trying to control everything and make us do things the way he wanted.I had some bad experiences with him as a Sales Representative at Status IT. He would constantly try to set up competitions where we had to provide more services than what was needed and then he would give the winnersincentives to keep coming back. He also made it seem like he was the only person who knew how to do things and that he was the best at it. It made the sales process Developmentally difficult.Overall, I didn't really like working with him. I felt like he was very naive about the construction industry and didn't understand how things works. He quickly became forgetful and confused about a lot of things. He was also quite unprofessional.
