I love building, developing and leading teams, and have considerable experience of doing so in the digital marketing technology space. I believe that the right service and engagement can help a customer unlock the true value of the software they have invested so heavily in; the technology itself is not the silver bullet - it is the combination of engaged customer + customer-centric service + technology which leads to success.
I enjoy building strong relationships in order to drive success for my customers and my teams. My natural style is to be collaborative, innovative and forward-thinking, always with an eye on the goal towards which I am working. It is also mission-critical for me to have fun along the way - work is too big a part of our lives for us to deprioritise our enjoyment of it!
My group in Adobe partners with the largest businesses in EMEA, supporting their engagement with proprietary advertising, analytics and content management technology in a SaaS environment. We are the customers' voice within Adobe, and we exist to ensure that they maximise the return on their investment in the Adobe Marketing Cloud.
I have spent considerable time as both a practitioner and a leader of teams managing biddable media campaigns, including paid search, social ads, performance display/RTB. Prior to that, I spent 3 years building my product management and development experience in digital advertising technology, most notably PPC for Google, Yahoo, proprietary bidding platforms for local search solutions, and implementation of reseller solutions.
