Interfaced with Sr. Mgrs., project Mgrs., and administrative professionals in Finance, HR, and Marketing to ensure all involved were on the same page and had the same product delivery expectations – resulted in the firm now having a major presence in the insurance sector. •Defined and oversaw the testing processes for new applications and ensuring changes introduced in the production environment were evaluated for quality prior to deployment. •Worked with team to leverage “DMAIC” Six Sigma methodology ie. Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control along with PMI project management tools and techniques in conjunction with ITIL processes and functions to provide a structured approach to solving business issues.
