Charles Antis has a degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Brigham Young University, which he obtained in 1981. After completing his undergraduate degree, he then worked as a Business Management Instructor at Brigham Young University from 1984 to 1988. Charles then moved on to a position as the Manager of Personnel at MCI in River View, Illinois from 1988 to 1995. From 1995 to 1998, Charles served as the Manager of Human Resources for Crestwood, Illinois. From 1998 to 2001, Charles served as the Manager of Personnel for Danville, Illinois.
