Chad Blackwell's education started out in 1999 when he earned a Certificate in IT Helpdesk from The Chubb Institute of Technology. Blackwell then continued on to achieve his diploma in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Manchester High School in 1988. After getting his BS in Business Administration from Kaplan University in 2009, Blackwell started his own business in which he played an important role for several years. Blackwell then completed his Associateship in Business at Ocean County College in 1991. in these years, Blackwell has strived to gain experience and knowledge in many different fields which has helped him to progress and be successful in his professional life.
