Celine Gallet has a formative education in business and law, receiving a DJCE from Université Toulouse 1 Capitole in 1996. She then studied law at the Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II) from January 1991 to January 1996, where she gained a Maitrise droit des affaires option fiscalite. After completing her studies, Celine worked as a lawyer for six years. She has since retired from her job, and provides legal advice to businesses.
