Senior Vice President Digital Marketing @ Green Man Gaming, a top 25 Sunday Times Tech Track Company (2015), is one of the leaders in digital game distribution globally. Green Man Gaming is also ranked within the top 5,000 websites in the world for website traffic (Alexa, August 2015).
As SVP Digital Marketing I’m responsible for increasing traffic and improving conversion across new customer acquisition channels including SEO, Affiliates, PPC, Display, Retargeting, Partnerships and Paid Social.
Green Man Gaming also has well over 1.5m registered users so a large part of my role is focused on customer retention and improving customer lifetime value. Therefore I am heavily involved in the companies overall CRM strategy, notably with email marketing and automated marketing.
To achieve results in all of the above, I manage a team of in house digital channel specialists and liaise with relevant agency partners. From April 2015 to Present (9 months) London, United KingdomSenior E-Commerce Manager @ I started VOGA as a Global PPC Manager in which I lead the PPC activity for 9 months. My activities in this role included transitioning the paid search accounts from agency management to in-house, hiring and training a 8+ multinational PPC team and driving the search strategy forward. These efforts ultimately lead to 150% year on year revenue growth with a cost of sales decline.
Subsequently I got promoted to Senior E-Commerce Manager where I was given full P&L responsibility for VOGA’s key European markets. I overseen the new market launches and steered many of them to profitability within months. This was down to pricing optimisation, conversion rate optimisation, deep data analysis, cost cutting and a successful digital marketing strategy across the following channels: PPC, SEO, Email, Social & Affiliates.
Each market I cover is directly managed by a E-Commerce Country Manager/MD. From November 2013 to April 2015 (1 year 6 months) London, United KingdomDigital Marketing Strategist (Contract) @ I managed 3 of Contact Law’s search and display accounts whilst staying within an aggressive cost per acquisition target. As part of this contract I was also involved with a new business venture, VenueSphere. I created and launched Venue Sphere’s paid search account in order to generate targeted B2B leads for the business. From May 2013 to November 2013 (7 months) PPC Account Manager @ At ESV Digital I was responsible for managing client expectations with the aid of ESV's proprietary online marketing platform.
