She orchestrates the executive assessment, development, and coaching of Cisco’s top 500 executives and is a trusted partner to Cisco’s senior most leaders and Board. She most recently played an integral role in the 2015 succession planning for Cisco’s CEO, one of the most respected and longest- tenured CEO’s in the tech sector.
Cassandra applies a highly business-centric approach to executive talent development. She ran the programs at Cisco which are consistently credited with creating innovative solutions to real business issues while accelerating the development of future leaders. The program has earned external recognition by Fortune and Bersin, amongst others, as one of the most progressive approaches to leadership development.
Prior to Cisco, Cassandra was Head of Learning and Organization Development at a biotechnology company. She also spent seven years as the Human Capital Practice Leader at the management consulting firm led by Harvard Business School thought leaders Drs. Kaplan and Norton, founders of the Balanced Scorecard. She started the Human Capital practice and grew it to one of the highest growth practices in the firm.
Cassandra earned her Doctorate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and received a dual Masters degree in Organizational Development and Positive Psychology in a joint degree program with Case Western Reserve University and Ashridge Business School. She has authored several publications with Harvard Business School Publishing and with leading industry journals.

From October 2007 to February 2010 (2 years 5 months) Human Capital Practice Leader @ Conceived and created a Human Capital practice from zero revenue to a multimillion dollar practice which became the highest growth consulting practice. Led large-scale strategy and organizational development consulting projects for global Fortune 500 clients. From June 2000 to October 2007 (7 years 5 months) Organization Effectiveness Consultant @ Created effective partnerships with leadership teams of Fortune 500 companies to facilitate organizational change efforts, and develop talent and organizational strategies that delivered results. From June 1998 to June 2000 (2 years 1 month) HR Manager @ Led recruiting process for key agency positions and designed professional development programs for new insurance agents.
