•Divested 15 global facilities in 2012. Developed and wrote transitional service agreements (TSA’s) for the IT portion of the divestitures and managed the IT divestiture activities over a 15 month period while ensuring our remaining locations services were uninterrupted.
•Implemented single global email Microsoft Exchange and IM Lync for over 3,000 employees in 2011. Eliminated 15 local email implementations reducing complexity and cost.
•Accountable for the global telecom network including local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), wireless local area network (WLAN), data center, desktop computing strategy, back-up, security and execution processes.
•Implemented Riverbed WAN acceleration devices in 9 US manufacturing facilities in 2013 to speed up internet traffic and solve latency issues in the environment.
•Manage the vendor relationships that results from outsourcing and insourcing opportunities. Outsourced 50% of the US server landscape to managed service provider in 2011.
•Negotiate IT contracts and effective service level agreements and oversee the ongoing management of these performance measures.
•Manage demand for technical services by leveraging limited resources working collaboratively to prioritize initiatives that provide the most business value and support the business strategy.
