💼 Past Experience

Beam me up, Ziggy Stardust!I first became interested in sales and marketing during my undergraduate days at the University of Iowa where I studied industrial marketing. After graduating with a degree in marketing, I toured many industries, representing the University at many professional events. I really enjoyed working in customer service and was very impressed with the Mack truck sales team.Eventually, I found my calling as a Sales and Marketing Director at Thermo KingIndustry of Transportation/Trucking/Railroad. This company provides transportation and trucking services to the food, beverage, and pulp mills in the United States. I very quickly became extremely involved with the company’s sales efforts and enjoyed working with the many sales representatives that I met.I continue to be extremely passionate about sales and marketing and would love to continue working in this industry. I am currently a Sales and Marketing Director, Government and Military Sales at Mack Trucks, Inc. and love it! I am extremely experienced in working with customers, and I am very excited to grow with this company.

Carrie-Ann Flank's education began at Northwestern University in the Kellogg School of Management. She then completed her studies at Indiana Wesleyan University where she studied human resources. Upon graduation, she began working as aEmployee Relations Specialist at Penn State University. From there, she moved on to a position as Employee Relations Manager at Sioux Falls Community College in South Dakota. There, she worked to develop employee proactive management programs and improve the employee-employeeRelationship. Carrie-Ann is currently a corporate relations consultant, working with small businesses and organizations.
