I partnered and supported hiring managers in Engineering, Video Production, Design and Marketing to identify top talent. From December 2011 to March 2012 (4 months) San Francisco Bay AreaSr. Account Manager & Recruiter - Marketing, Interactive, Creative Division @ I recruited for Marketing/Advertising, Interactive & Creative Services positions for clients within the following industries: advertising/design, retail/e-commerce, high tech, CPG, gaming and mobile. From August 2008 to December 2011 (3 years 5 months) Recruiter @ I recruited out of the LA office and transferred to SF in April '07.
My focus here was recruiting for marketing and creative roles (freelance and full-time) for advertising agencies, design firms and entertainment companies. From November 2005 to August 2008 (2 years 10 months) Account Manager @ Momentum Worldwide is a McCann Worldgroup company (IPG). Our focus was experiential marketing, guerilla efforts, road tours, events, promotions, etc. I last worked on the Lowe's Home Improvement business. My role was essentially acting as both an account manager and project manager.
Note: I was an employee at Event Management and Promotions (EMP) before it was acquired by IPG and we became Momentum Worldwide. My role at EMP was an Account Coordinator. From February 2000 to October 2005 (5 years 9 months) Operations & Production Coordinator/Executive Assistant @ Year 2K was a unit of Lois/USA. This company is no longer in existence. I was laid off. I wore many hats in this boutique ad/promotions agency including being the office manager, receptionist, executive assistant and assisting the Operations Manager as a production coordinator (trafficking jobs, obtaining bids/estimates, calling vendors, etc.). From May 1999 to February 2000 (10 months) National Sales Assistant @ I supported the Account Executive in the negotiation process between media buying agencies and local market TV stations for national spot sales. I maintained spot schedules, resolved discrepancies and station preemptions and generated spot orders. From February 1998 to May 1999 (1 year 4 months)
