She has a master's degree in International/Global Studies from Universidad de Chile and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidade Estadual do Ceará. Paiva currently attends the University of Chile on a Fulbright Scholarship.Since the fall of 2014, when she completed her master's degree in International/Global Studies at Universidad de Chile, Paiva has been an Assistant Professor of Business Administration and Management at the Universidad de Chile's Graduate School of Business Administration and Management. She has also been a Research Assistant in the Business School at the University of Chile.Prior to her work at the University of Chile, Paiva was an Assistant Professor at the University of Ceará where she taught Business Administration and Management.
