Carlos Robles has a Bsc Mechanical Engineering from Fundación Universidad de las Américas Puebla, in 1995. He then studied MscOperations Management & Manufacturing Systems at University of Nottingham from January 2002 to January 2003, and received his PhD in Organizations Management from Universidad Popular Autónoma del Estado de Puebla in January 2007. He then studied at Colegio Humboldt de Puebla from January 1980 to January 1995.Robles has expertise in organizations management and has worked as a research scientist and consultant at European research institutions such as Inserco, King's College London, Draper Electric, and BAE Systems. He is also a test pilot with the Aeronautics and Space Administration and has acted as a consultant to the Mexican Federal Aviation Administration.
