My experience in Talent Acquisition encompasses a wide range of activities, experiences that have made me a valuable resource to companies and individuals seeking to increase efficiency and compliance within their businesses. through my experiences, I have learned that success in the talent realm is not an exclusively authored by a single individual or team, but rather it is culmination of a blended approach that brings together a variety of individuals and teams who share a common goal. I have 20 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, having served the largest Tech Companies in the United States. My experience includes working with both hiring managers and recruiters, providing consultative services to passive and/or active job seekers in career transition coaching, interviewing best practices, and network connection services. In my current role, I manage a small/remote team, develop TA strategy, implement and manage TA processes, collaborate with the COO in implementing TA metrics/KPIs and defining ROEs and SOPs and more acronyms, partner with the Chief Marketing Officer on company branding and client procurement, as well report to the CEO on everything TA related. My responsibilities include, but are not limited to, following up with leads, providing Visi Talent Platform access to job applicants and employees, and developing and implementing company culture, values, and Sorrento processes.Through my professional experiences and work at Zoella-TA, I have learned that effective recruitment is about more than just having the best people. Carlos Hattix has a B.A. in English Literature from the University of Washington. Hattix then studied at the San Gorgonio High School in Tucson, Arizona, where he earned a degree in 1996. After completing his coursework at United States Air Force Academy in 1993, he returned to the University of Washington and earned his BS in English Literature in 1996. Hattix has since taught at San Gorgonio High School and the University of Washington. Hattix's Literary Background:Hattix has a background in English Literature that enables him to write passionately and with grace. His characters are large, existentially clear, and his narratives are engaging and thought-provoking. Hattix's foray into the film world has also been very success, with his first feature-length movie, Go,screen-play, and novel all seeing release in 2017.
